October 2018, Las Vegas, NV. Good location 3 miles from the strip with casino/entertainment on-site. Well-maintained.
Stayed out by Lake Mead for a week, then wanted to be a little closer to the strip, so we booked 3 nights here. Booking was easy, the park is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had no problems getting in and out with our 35’ fifth wheel. Normal KOA pricing, good wifi, 4 bars Verizon LTE, a little city noise, but I don’t think anyone is expecting it to be too quiet here.
The on-site casino is nice enough- we took a Craps training session in the morning and also participated in a Texas Hold-em tournament. In addition, Sam’s Town has a multi-entertainment facility with a movie theater, bowling ally and more.
