White River Sno-Park East, Government Camp, OR

Verizon 1LTE (no reliable internet), lots of space, good for solar, gorgeous view of Mt. Hood , small crowds in and out throughout most days

Huge National Forest parking lot at the base of Mt. Hood. Free, outside of winter.

There are a few Sno-parks in the Mt. Hood area, but this is by far the largest, and most scenic. Lots of travelers stop here to take pics during the day, but it’s pretty quiet at night. 18 wheelers sometimes will stay the night as well, but there is plenty of room.

There are 2 pit toilets and access to hiking along the White River. The local National Forest campgrounds (Trillium, Still Water, etc.) have access to potable water, but are tight, so would recommend bringing containers to fill if you have a large rig. No dump stations nearby. Thousand Trails CG is west several miles, but we headed south. Closest dump south was in Madras.

Some grocery supplies and a brewery in Government Camp, but it is a resort town and is expensive. We found Welches to be more equipped for shopping and laundry.
